Please ship repairs freight prepaid to the above address ‘Att: Repair Dept’. Be sure to include a packing slip with contact information and any details pertaining to the required repair (eg. symptoms, for calibration, etc). You will be contacted with a repair estimate before proceeding unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Note: Delta Regis does not issue RMA numbers for tool repairs.
All returns require an RMA number before shipment to Delta Regis. Product must be returned freight prepaid, in its’ original packaging and include all accessories, parts sheets, and manuals. Product must be in original, resaleable condition to be accepted for return. A re-stocking charge may apply.

- Select the product(s) that would be suitable for your application. If your require assistance with product selection, please feel free to call us or send an e-mail to sales@deltaregis.com .
- Download and fill out the Test Drive form with the appropriate information. Details of the trial program are provided on the form. Return the form to Delta Regis via fax or e-mail.
- If you are not a current Delta Regis customer, include a customer information form or credit card information with the trial request. Please do not e-mail credit card info – call or fax us with the number.
- After Delta Regis accepts and processes the trial request, the product (subject to availability) will be shipped to the specified address via ground service (trial program applies to Continental USA only). If required, expedited shipment is available at the requestor’s expense.
- Unless noted, we ship out new product for trial. No invoicing is processed until either the customer advises that they would like to keep the goods or the 15 day trial period has elapsed.
- If the product is suitable and you would like to keep it, simply advise us and we will process the billing. If unsuitable, send the product back to our warehouse in the same condition that it was received, freight prepaid.
Please note: The intention of the 15 day trial program is to allow ample time for individual users within a facility to briefly evaluate the product for ergonomics, functionality, and suitability. It is not intended for extended production use. If you are interested in evaluating a tool under longer term production conditions, please contact us to discuss.
Pricing and Shipping
All prices shown on our website are in net US dollars each, FOB our warehouse in Port Saint Lucie, FL USA. We reserve the right to refuse any order based on a quotation or published pricing error. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart/checkout page(s).
Payment Terms
You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover to purchase product from Delta Regis.
For your own security, NEVER send credit card details via e-mail.
We also offer net 30 day terms to companies that qualify. If you would like to open an account with Delta Regis, please click here to open and print a copy of our credit application form. Simply fill it out and fax it back to Delta Regis for consideration. If your company has an in-house credit info sheet, you can fax that to us in place of our form. Be sure to include contact information with the fax in case we require further clarification.
