The DR-XTC / ESL-XTE series smart tool is a unique and budget friendly control system. This system offers a high precision torque transducer providing excellent repeatability and can resolve rotations to 36° or 0.1 revolutions. Torque and rotation data can be stored locally on the DR-XTC controller via micro SD card or can be sent to a central location via RS-232 or Ethernet (Open Protocol). You can also program up to 50 job profiles and call them up dynamically based on production needs.

The XTCA/ESL-XTA series Torque & Angle Control System puts you in full control of your entire fastening process. Easily setup multiple tightening parameters like speed, time, thread, direction, torque and angle directly on the user friendly touch screen HMI. Create multiple jobs for different assembly stages and quickly switch between desired job dynamically. Tightening data can be transferred out using the built-in Ethernet Module via Modbus TCP protocol.
